  • Community Hall ground-beams excavated, shuttered, reinforced & concreted

  • Range A ground floor structure removed
  • Basement reinforcement & slabs completed
  • New masonry in Ranges B & D being built
  • Old bank vault door & 2 x safes removed

  • Removed high-level chimney breast
  • Completed underpinning external walls
  • Completed additional injection grouting & underpinning to strengthen Basement
